Yellow brass hex head plug, 1-piece construction. Use with brass or steel pipe. All pipe threads are American Standard Taper Pipe Threads. Fair vibration resistance. Used in low to medium pressure applications. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) tape or pipe sealant is recommended. Rated at 1000 psi (pounds per square Inch) up to 250 F (degree Fahrenheit). Manufactured to include no more than 0.25% weighted average lead content on wetted surfaces.
