The Certification Program, established by the AAFA and Allergy Standards Limited (ASL), involves extensive physical and chemical testing to ensure products reduce allergen exposure and limit pollutants in indoor environments. Knauf's residential Performance+ insulation products meet the following criteria: 1) Formaldehyde-free binder, 2) Extremely low dust levels present post-installation and 3) Extremely low VOC emissions at 24 hours and 14 days post-installation.
