Lead-free, food-grade and non-porous clear glass ferment weights ensure vegetables stay below the surface of the brine thereby eliminating exposure to oxygen which is the main cause of failure when using lacto fermenting methods. They have raised ridges designed to make it easy to add or remove the weights to and from Mason jars.
