Quick-setting cement is a uniformly blended, properly proportioned mixture of Portland cement, graded sand, and other proprietary additives, designed to provide a moldable, gel-like consistency requiring only the addition of water. Bonding can be enhanced if Quikrete Concrete Acrylic Fortifier or Quikrete Concrete Bonding Adhesive are utilized.
